We are buffet specialist great for Weddings, Company Events, Conferences, Meetings, Club and all Social events We can cater cater at any location if you have a tight budget give us a call and we can assist you.  All our foods are made from premium ingredients from our five star Chefs.

INDIAN BUFFET -  FINGER FOODS TO START

Gourmet Vegetable Samosa – Mixed vegetables in light spices wrapped in our home made pastry served with riata

Chicken Satay – Chicken fillet marinated in peanut sauce and grilled to perfection

Vegetable Pakora’s – Mixed vegetables blended with spices made into a light batter and deep fried with mint yogurt

Mini Kebabs – Premium beef with onions, ginger, garlic and fresh herbs grilled and served with mango chutney

 

MAINCOURSE

Lamb Rogan Josh – Premium lamb cooked in green spices an aromatic slowly cooked dish that is loaded with flavour finished and topped with freshly diced tomato, coriander and dollop of sour cream a popular Kashmiri dish

Chicken Butter – The most popular Indian curry a delicate dish that is twice cooked. Chicken fillets marinated in our home made tandoori sauce oven cooked then tossed in our home made curry sauce and natural juices finished off in tomato, honey and cream. A delicious, mouth-watering dish.

Mixed Vegetable Curry A combination of crisp fresh vegetables mixed with light spices a reinvigorating dish.

Tandoori Chicken – Marinated in our home made tandoori sauce for 24 hours then oven cooked a succulent dish that is packed with flavour

Mixed Indian Breads – A lovely variety of freshly made naans, roti’s and chapatti’s

Pilau Rice – Basmati rice mixed with saffron fresh herbs and light spices

Tomato SaladWith red onion, cucumber and mint tossed in lemon juice and vinagar

A selection of mixed accomplements including dips, pickles and chutneys

EUROPEAN BUFFET - FINGER FOODS TO START

 Arancini Balls Gourmet Italian style finger food rice balls stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and mozzarella cheese coated in a light bread crumb and delicious finger food.

Mini Beef Wellingtons Beef fillet marinated in red wine and fresh herbs with diced mushrooms wrapped in out homemade pastry a delicate gourmet finger food.

Gourmet Samosa – Pumpkin cooked in coconut milk, mild spices and roasted almond wrapped in homemade pastry

Chicken Satay Marinated in plum sauce and grilled to perfection

MAINCOURSE

 Roast Beef – Prime Beef marinated in our own home made sauces and red wine slow cooked over many hours to a succulent, delicious dish

Chicken Masala – Chicken breast oven cooked with fresh herbs and light seasoning topped with our home made masala sauce with pan fried mushrooms and capers topped with mozzarella cheese a delicate delicious five star dish

Calamari Crumbed salt and pepper calamari fried with onions, chilli, capsicum, carrots and snow peas

Stir Fry Vegetables – A selection of mixed asian vegetables stir fried with asian sauces and herbs

Potato's - Twice cooked boiled and oven roasted in fresh rosemary

Garden Salad – With mixed lettuce, tomato, cucumber and olives tossed in our home made dressing

Mixed Artesian Rolls - With butter portions and a selection mixed accomplements including relishes, sauces and chillis

• Take the Hassle Out of Your Party and Hire a Staff Member to Cook, Serve and Clean-up.

• We Supply Staff for 3hrs for the Cost of $150.00 Great Value When You Can Relax and Enjoy the Company of Your Guest Without the Worry of Preparing, Serving and Cleaning Up.

• When You Hire Staff In Addition We Provide Serving Trays, Two Dipping Sauces, Serviettes and a Fryer With Oil.

• Please Note – Staff Do Not Bring Food Packages With Them You Must Either Pick Your Package up From Our Shop or We Can Arrange Delivery Please Refer to Delivery Page For Details.
